Oh that's a tough one but I'd have to say love, empathy and childbirth. 
 

DESCRIBE YOUR GIRLBOSS MOMENT.

Probably one of my biggest girlboss moments will be coming up in October (eek, I can't wait to share) but I think my best girlboss moment has to be that my little corner of the internet has helped to empower and encourage women to love themselves and their bodies now rather than constantly searching for the 'after'. Every single message from one of my readers telling me that they feel empowered and excited to wear dresses or sleeveless tops again or simply that their inner voice doesn't scream of self-hatred anymore, and this could honestly bring me to tears because these are the things that can change your life or at least your perspective on life. It's both daunting and exciting to be able to impact women's lives in such a fundamental way, simply by sharing my thoughts online.

HOW DID YOU LEARN WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A WOMAN?

I've learnt by eagerly watching and asking (possibly) intrusive questions to women that inspire me in some way or another. I've learnt the strength that comes with being a woman from my mother who's navigated some of the hardest things in life and she's still standing. I've learnt of the selfless love, determination and the sheer resilience women embody by watching my sister be the best mom and by watching countless incredible women online I've learnt how to be unapologetic about my needs, aspirations, expectations and goals. Women are just incredible, I'm constantly in awe of what we're capable of.

WHO TAUGHT YOU WHAT LOVE IS? 

This might be a controversial or divisive answer but in all honesty God is teaching me, every day, what love is and how love is best received by different people. I'm not sure anyone can fully describe all that love encompasses but that's why it's magical.

WHAT IS INTIMACY?

To me, true intimacy means being fully known, and fully loved.

WHAT DID YOUR MOTHER TEACH YOU?

She's taught me so much but the things that spring to mind are empathy, kindness (to everyone not just people that look like me) & she taught me to question everything, even her.

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR BODY THAT YOU WISH YOU’D ALWAYS KNOWN?

No matter how many horrible things I say or do to my body, it won't give up on me. It is resilient, beautiful, capable and worthy of love.
